36th Annual Albion Strawberry Festival

As summer approaches residents and tourists eagerly await the Albion Strawberry Festival. The 36th Annual Albion Strawberry Festival will be Friday, June 7th from 11 am - 9 pm and Saturday, June 8th from 9 am- 9 pm and will take place in the Courthouse Square and Downtown Albion Historic District.

The Albion Strawberry Festival is a perfect day out for families, friends, and strawberry lovers of all ages. Being held annually, the festival marks the start of the strawberry harvest and brings together locals and visitors to indulge in tasty strawberry desserts. From strawberry shortcakes to creative strawberry dishes from local bakeries, you will get to experience strawberries in every way.

While the strawberries are the star of the festival, there will be a lot more to offer for a full day of fun. There will be food courts, craft booths, a Chicken BBQ, live music, the annual parade, a family fun center, and so much more. Join the "Cruise In" to show off your classic car or participate in the longest-running race in Orleans County, the Strawberry Festival 5k/8k race. The canal bridge on Main St being out will not stop the annual Amazing Turtle Race! Join us at 2 pm on Saturday, June 8th to watch the turtles race at the Main St Canal Bridge and maybe even win a prize if yours wins! Turtle tickets will be available at the festival.

The festival is free to attend and open to the public for all ages. For more information please visit the Albion Strawberry Festival Facebook or website
