To help promote Orleans County's bicentennial and to educate youth about Orleans County history, Orly the Bicentennial Ox is available to attend public events and schools. For the safety and well-being of the performer, Orleans County Tourism reserves the right to cancel or adjust Orly’s event appearances in the event of extreme heat or other weather-related factors, particularly as warmer temperatures approach.
