Orleans County Marine Park
The Orleans County Marine Park (OCMP) is an 11 acre public marine park on Point Breeze Road (Route 98) in Kent, NY and the Oak Orchard River, under the Lake Ontario State Parkway bridges & on the Seaway Trail.
The OCMP is open April 15 to Nov. 1 from 7 AM to 10 PM and includes:
- Rental of 72 boat slips with electric and water service
- Picnic pavilions with grills
- Fish Cleaning Station
- INS station
- Showers and restrooms
- Scenic overlook
- Dockmaster stationed evenings and weekends
- Marine Patrol Station
Summer events include the Oak Orchard Neighborhood Association’s Summer Concert Series Tuesday evenings during July and August. The park and pavilions can be reserved for picnics, reunions and other events.

OCMP North: The Orleans County public boat launch is located at the mouth of the Oak Orchard River and accessed by vehicle on Ontario Street at the north end of Point Breeze Rd./Route 98. Transient docking is available to the north of the launch on the river. Public parking, restrooms, information kiosk and the Oak Orchard Lighthouse Museum are features of the OCMP North.
