NYS Free Fishing Day

On this one day, fishing enthusiasts of all ages can enjoy fishing in the state's waters without needing a fishing license. It's the perfect opportunity to explore new spots, try out winter fishing, and enjoy the great outdoors. 

You don’t need to be a New York State resident to take part in the Free Fishing Days. All New York State fishing rules and regulations still apply.
