The Carlton Community Heart & Soul Committee and Oak Orchard Neighborhood Association is partnering with the Friends of Orleans County Marine Parks to host a Pop-up & Jam event Saturday, Sept. 12, 2026 from 10 AM to 6 PM at the Orleans County Marine Park in Point Breeze.
Featuring the OONA Emporium Flea Market, Arts & Craft vendors, food vendors and live music by Tom Keefer And Celtic Cross at noon, the Coupe De' Villes at 2 PM and The Eddie Joe Clark Band at 4 PM.
