Lynne’s Landing, a very private year-round waterfront apartment, is ideal for anyone looking for a peaceful retreat to rejuvenate the mind, body & soul. We’re located ~1 mile east of the Point Breeze recreational area of Orleans County (Kent, NY) on a spacious acre with 100′ wide beach on Lake Ontario. The 1,200 SF ground floor apartment comfortably accommodates 6 guests with plenty of off-street parking. Amenities include:

• 3 bedrooms including a queen-sized bed, king-sized bed and double bed
• Living Room with a trundle bed, recliner, secretary desk & smart TV. Propane stove during the heating season.
• The “Club Car” alcove with a single bed (part of the Living Room)
• Bathroom with tub/shower and linens
• Full kitchen with fridge, stove & microwave
• Washer & dryer
• Dining room seating for 6
• Wi-Fi internet, cable TV (streaming)
• Covered patio with wide view of lake, table, seating
• Lake access for small craft (canoes, kayaks, rafts)
• Pet friendly

Lynne’s Landing is also:

• A healthy walking distance to restaurants, marinas, parks and the Oak Orchard Lighthouse Museum (~a mile)
• A short drive to wineries, farm markets and historic canal-side villages
• Just off the Lake Ontario State Parkway (1 1/2 miles)
• 30 minutes to the NYS Thruway at Batavia
• 45 minutes to Downtown Rochester
• Approximately 1-1/4 hour to Niagara Falls

Lynne’s Landing is available for short term leasing, by the week or month. Rates are based on the season, length of stay and number in party. Rates vary based on the season and number of guests.
